Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef

Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

Dairy & Condiments

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then stir in taco seasoning.
  • Layer shredded lettuce in a bowl as the base.
  • Add cooked beef on top of the lettuce.
  • Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese.
  • Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
