Delicious keto-friendly mini corn dog bites with cheesy hotdog centers, perfect for a low-carb snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and grease mini muffin pan.
Mix coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, water, and flavoring; stir in 3/4 of cheese.
Divide batter into muffin cups, press a hotdog piece into each, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and muffins are firm. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure hot dogs are cut evenly for uniform bites.
