Ingredients

Liquid

  • 0.5 cup almond milk (can substitute with milk or apple juice)
  • 0.5 cup plain greek yogurt

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 0.5 frozen banana frozen banana
  • 0.5 cup frozen fruit (Dole Frozen Fruits)
  • ice as needed ice

Instructions 

  • Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Add kale, frozen banana, and fruit, then blend until smooth.
  • Add ice as needed and blend again. Serve cold.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the liquid for desired consistency.
