Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (Cut into chunks)

Marinade & Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Mince fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (Mixed colors, cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium Red Onion (Cut into chunks)
  • 1 medium Zucchini (Cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)

Garnish & Dip

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Yogurt Dip (For dipping)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  • Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Cook kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with yogurt dip.
