Instructions
Select Sauté mode on the Instant Pot, heat oil, add ground turkey, and cook for 4 minutes, breaking into small pieces.
If browned bits stick, add 1/2 cup broth to deglaze; then add remaining broth.
Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, corn, beans, spices, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Do not stir.
Close lid, set to Pressure Cook on High for 15 minutes, then quick release pressure.
Open lid, stir chili, and serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Feel free to adjust spice levels and toppings to taste.
