Instructions
Cook the brown rice in chicken broth until tender, about 20 minutes.
In a skillet, cook ground beef with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes until browned.
Mix rice vinegar, honey, orange juice, and zest; toss with cooked beef and vegetables.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef mixture, cucumber, boiled eggs, and green onions. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy and ginger beforehand.
