A flavorful and easy-to-make bowl combining tender chicken, rice, and a sweet-spicy maple chili sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.

Instructions
Rinse rice under cold water. Bring 2 cups water to a boil, add rice and salt, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Fluff and set aside.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet with oil over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until golden.
Pour maple chili sauce over cooked chicken, cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened, then slice into pieces.
Assemble bowls with rice, glazed chicken, and optional toppings like cilantro, green onions, and lime wedges.
Notes
