Instructions
Heat oil and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chickpeas and cook for a few minutes.
Mix honey, sriracha, salt, pepper, cayenne, and red pepper; pour over chickpeas and simmer until thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Serve chickpeas over rice with vegetables, cilantro, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
