A quick and flavorful dish combining spicy honey-glazed beef with rice and fresh vegetables for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté diced red onion for 2 minutes.
Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, hot honey, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Divide rice into bowls, top with beef mixture, and garnish with cucumber and green onions.
Notes
Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for more or less heat.
