A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad combining sweet, tangy flavors with a honey lime dressing.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 lb chopped fresh pineapple
  • 12 oz fresh blueberries
  • 12 oz red grapes (sliced into halves)
  • 4 pcs kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 3 pcs mandarin oranges
  • 2 pcs bananas (sliced (optional))
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
  • 1.5 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions 

  • Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Pour dressing over fruit and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh for maximum flavor and texture.
