A quick and flavorful dish combining tender chicken, sweet honey, and smoky barbecue sauce served over rice.
Ingredients

Instructions
Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Add chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes to heat through.
Stir in barbecue sauce and honey, simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add rice, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–5 minutes to absorb flavors.
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor absorption.
