Enjoy a refreshing and naturally sweet peach iced tea, perfect for hot days or relaxing afternoons.

Ingredients

Peaches

  • 4 pieces ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 cups water, divided
  • 6 bags black tea bags
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar ((or to taste))
  • Ice Ice

Instructions 

  • Boil 4 cups of water, add peaches and sugar, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Let the mixture steep for 30 minutes, then strain to extract the peach liquid.
  • Boil remaining 4 cups of water, steep tea bags for 5 minutes, then remove.
  • Combine the peach liquid with brewed tea, stir well, then cool and chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sugar to taste for a sweeter or less sweet drink.
