Instructions
Add chicken, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, and bay leaf to slow cooker. Top with bouillon and pour in broth. Gently stir.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Remove chicken, shred, and return to cooker.
Add egg noodles, stir, and cook on LOW for 10-15 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve hot, garnished with minced parsley and black pepper.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or fresh herbs before serving.
