A comforting homemade chicken noodle soup made with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and egg noodles, perfect for a cozy meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Add chicken, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt, and water to a pot. Boil, then simmer for 30 minutes, skimming foam.
Remove chicken, shred, and strain broth. Set broth aside.
Melt butter, sauté vegetables for 5 minutes, add garlic, then pour broth back in. Add chicken and bring to boil.
Add noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Garnish with herbs before serving.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust salt to taste.
