This creamy Caesar salad dressing is rich in flavor and easy to make, perfect for elevating your salads.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, stir together garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Whisk in mayonnaise until fully blended and smooth.
  • Fold in grated Parmesan. Taste and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 5 days.

Notes

For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for half of the mayonnaise.
