A fun and festive Halloween treat featuring colorful white chocolate-coated popcorn with spooky sprinkles and candies.

Ingredients

Popcorn

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels (see Notes)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • popcorn salt optional popcorn salt (to taste)
  • 6 cups white chocolate chips or chunks (divided)
  • 3 teaspoons coconut oil (divided)
  • food coloring food coloring (orange, green, purple or red, yellow, blue) (see Notes)
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles (divided)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (divided)
  • ¾ cup small candy eyes (divided)
  • 1 cup candy corn (divided)
  • 1 cup M&Ms (brown, green, orange, or purple; divided)
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces (divided)

Instructions 

  • Line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper. Pop popcorn in a large pot, then divide into 3 bowls.
  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Add food coloring to each batch. Toss popcorn with colored chocolate, spread on baking sheets, and sprinkle with mix-ins. Let dry and break into clusters.

Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor and appearance.
