A quick and hearty pasta bake packed with protein and creamy goodness, perfect for a satisfying meal in just half an hour.
Ingredients
Pasta

fettuccine pasta

lean ground beef

cup
heavy cream
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
(freshly grated)

garlic, minced

fresh spinach

Italian seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
Sauté garlic in the beef drippings for one minute.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until smooth.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, then combine with pasta.
Notes
