Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  • Sauté garlic in the beef drippings for one minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until smooth.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted, then combine with pasta.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before serving.
