Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha, paprika, mirin, and garlic powder. Chill until ready.
Cook chicken thighs in oil and butter, add sauces and honey, then set aside.
Sauté onions, mushrooms, zucchini; add soy sauce and cook until tender.
Sauté garlic in butter, add rice, soy, and oyster sauce; scramble eggs into rice.
Mix in peas and cook until heated through.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best fried rice texture.
