This flavorful herb-baked chicken is easy to prepare and perfect for a delicious, crispy, and juicy meal.
Ingredients

bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

(softened)

garlic

fresh rosemary

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry.
Mix butter, garlic, herbs, and lemon zest. Loosen skin and spread herb butter underneath.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Rub remaining herb butter on outside. Arrange in baking dish with lemon slices.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through and skin is crispy.
Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
