Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen bananas, chopped

Liquid

  • 2 cups unsweetened soy milk

Add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (optional)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and let sit briefly
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Adjust thickness with soy milk or ice if needed
