A light and flavorful homemade Caesar dressing made with Greek yogurt and fresh lemon juice, perfect for salads and more.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk vigorously until combined.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
