Instructions
Marinate chicken with ingredients and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and set aside for 15 minutes.
Cook chicken in a skillet until golden, then rest and slice.
Sear pineapple in the same skillet until golden.
Assemble salad with lettuce, avocado, onion, tomatoes, quinoa, chicken, and pineapple. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
