Vegetables

Instructions
Boil macaroni, drain, and rinse under cold water.
Combine carrots, celery, bell pepper, red onion, and pickle relish in a bowl.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix pasta with vegetables and pour dressing over; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving; garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the salad sit overnight in the fridge.
