Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic and cook briefly.
Add beans, tomatoes, spices, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve beef mixture over rice, top with desired toppings, and garnish with lime wedges.
