Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in water or broth, simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Blend sour cream, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice until smooth.
Assemble bowls with rice, beef, beans, corn, and sauce.
Notes
You can customize the spice level by adjusting the jalapeño and cayenne pepper.
