Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound ground beef (Choose a slightly higher fat content for more flavor.)

Base

  • 1 cup warm cooked rice (Use freshly cooked or gently reheated rice to keep the base fluffy and flavorful.)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend, grate your own for the creamiest melt)

Fruits & Avocado

  • 1 whole avocado (diced, ripen until slightly soft for smooth bites)

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Seasonings

  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until browned and cooked through.
