A fresh and vibrant salad combining sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula, perfect for summer.
Ingredients

(pitted and halved)

Fresh basil leaves (torn)

Instructions
Cut peaches in half, remove pits, and grill cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred. Let cool and slice.
Arrange arugula on a platter, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Layer peach slices over arugula, tear burrata into pieces and scatter on top.
Add torn basil leaves, drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast the bread and serve on the side.
