Grilled Peach Burrata Salad

A fresh and vibrant salad combining sweet grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 whole Fresh peaches (pitted and halved)
  • 1 piece Burrata cheese
  • 2 cups Arugula

Herbs & Condiments

  • to taste Fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • to taste Balsamic glaze
  • to taste Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Fresh ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Cut peaches in half, remove pits, and grill cut-side down for 2-3 minutes until lightly charred. Let cool and slice.
  • Arrange arugula on a platter, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer peach slices over arugula, tear burrata into pieces and scatter on top.
  • Add torn basil leaves, drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the bread and serve on the side.
