Instructions
Simmer cider brine ingredients until salt & sugar dissolve, then cool.
Prepare the glaze by simmering ingredients until thickened, then cool and store.
Brine chicken in cider mixture for 12 hours, then pat dry and bring to room temperature.
Preheat grill, season chicken, and grill, glazing and charing as desired, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Grill vegetables until charred and tender, then serve alongside chicken.
Notes
Ensure chicken is fully cooked and rested before serving for maximum juiciness.
