Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 pieces green apples
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 small cucumber (optional)
  • 0.5 small lemon (half lemon)
  • 0.5–1 inch fresh ginger
  • 0.5–1 cup cold water
  • Ice optional Ice
  • Pinch optional sea salt

Instructions 

  • Wash and prep: rinse apples, spinach, cucumber; core apples; chop cucumber and ginger; peel lemon if blending.
  • Juicing: run apples, spinach, cucumber, lemon, and ginger through a juicer.
  • Stir, taste, and adjust with salt or lemon if desired.
  • Blending: add ingredients and water to blender; blend until smooth.
  • Strain for a smoother juice if desired; add more water or salt to taste.
  • Serve immediately over ice or chill before drinking.
