Instructions
Wash and prep: rinse apples, spinach, cucumber; core apples; chop cucumber and ginger; peel lemon if blending.
Juicing: run apples, spinach, cucumber, lemon, and ginger through a juicer.
Stir, taste, and adjust with salt or lemon if desired.
Blending: add ingredients and water to blender; blend until smooth.
Strain for a smoother juice if desired; add more water or salt to taste.
