Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cook ground turkey with seasoning until browned.
Wrap tortillas in a damp cloth and microwave 30 seconds to soften. Cut out mini tortillas with a 3-inch cutter.
Brush mini tortillas with avocado oil, place on a baking sheet, and add shredded cheese in the center.
Bake for 2 minutes, fold in half to form tacos, then bake another 8-10 minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with optional toppings like cilantro, tomatoes, avocado, lime, and salsa.
