Wet ingredients

(about 2-3 medium ripe bananas)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mash bananas and combine with wet ingredients.
Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
