Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
Mix mashed bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
Add baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir well.
Fold in flour and sugar; mix until just combined. Add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before serving.
