Dry ingredients

superfine blanched almond flour

Wet ingredients

Instructions
In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and melted butter.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
For extra fluffiness, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
