Instructions
Whisk together marinade ingredients; set aside half for drizzling.
Marinate chicken in remaining sauce for 20 minutes.
Cook rice as directed; prepare vegetables with rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and sesame oil.
Sear chicken in hot oil until cooked through, about 7-9 minutes.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, vegetables, drizzle with peanut sauce, and garnish with toppings.
