A spooky and delicious Halloween-themed dip featuring black olives, white beans, and fun tortilla tombstones, perfect for parties.
Ingredients
Canned Goods

large black olives
(drained)

white beans
(drained)

cloves
garlic
(not peeled)

fresh flat leaf parsley
(roughly chopped)

extra virgin olive oil

whole wheat tortillas

smoked paprika

mozzarella sticks

cracked black pepper
Instructions
Pulse black olives until finely chopped; set aside.
Toast unpeeled garlic cloves in a skillet until browned, then remove.
Blend white beans, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and toasted garlic; drizzle in olive oil until smooth.
Spread hummus in a bowl, top with chopped olives, and refrigerate.
Cut tortillas into tombstone shapes and triangles; bake at 450°F for 10-15 mins until crisp.
Shape mozzarella sticks into ghosts, add cracked pepper for eyes, and top the dip with them and tortilla tombstones.
Notes
For extra fun, use lace to decorate the tombstones before baking.
