Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Noodles

  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Snow peas or snap peas

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Sauté chicken in a large skillet until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and vegetables; cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Mix in noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce; cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust seasonings to taste.
