Instructions
Slice chicken breasts horizontally, season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and thyme.
Coat chicken in flour. Cook in oil and butter until golden, 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic in butter, add chicken stock, then cream and mustard. Simmer until thickened.
Stir in parmesan, season, return chicken, and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
Serve with sides, garnish with parsley, and squeeze lemon over.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the chicken to keep it tender.
