Delicious and easy garlic butter noodles packed with fresh vegetables and rich flavors, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add chopped zucchini, bell pepper, and cauliflower. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cooked pasta, butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and heat through.
Serve topped with Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Use salted butter to reduce added salt; adjust seasoning accordingly.
