Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice; remove from heat.
Place chicken in baking dish, pour garlic sauce over, and bake 25-30 minutes.
Drizzle remaining butter, garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and soy sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
