Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice; remove from heat.
  • Place chicken in baking dish, pour garlic sauce over, and bake 25-30 minutes.
  • Drizzle remaining butter, garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and soy sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
