A flavorful and quick Asian-inspired dish featuring tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin (or chicken/tofu as a substitute)

Noodles

  • 8 oz egg noodles or ramen (or rice noodles for gluten-free)

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (or garlic powder as a substitute)

Dairy & Fats

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (or plant-based alternative for dairy-free)

Vegetables

  • 3 cups bell peppers, broccoli, and green onions (or other vegetables like snap peas or carrots)

Broth & Sauces

  • 1/4 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth/water for lighter flavor)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

Instructions 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with a little oil.
  • Slice beef thinly, marinate with soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  • Stir-fry vegetables in 2 tbsp butter for 3-4 minutes, then set aside.
  • Sear beef in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, then add vegetables, noodles, soy sauce, and broth. Toss and cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add remaining butter and garlic, stir until melted. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking, and feel free to customize vegetables based on preference.
