A fresh and sweet fruit salsa paired with crunchy cinnamon sugar chips makes for a delightful snack or dessert.

Instructions
Prepare the fruit by washing and chopping all pieces, then mix in a large bowl with lemon juice and honey.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar; spray tortillas lightly with oil, coat with mixture, then bake for 9-12 minutes until crunchy.
Allow chips to cool, then serve with the fruit salsa.
Store leftovers in airtight containers; salsa in the fridge for up to five days.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of mint or a dash of vanilla to the fruit salsa.
