A fresh and sweet fruit salsa paired with crunchy cinnamon sugar chips makes for a delightful snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 3 cups Strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe (chopped)
  • 1 cup Green Apple (chopped)
  • 2 kiwis Kiwis (chopped)
  • 1 cup Raspberries (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon (juiced)
  • 6 tortillas Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar

Instructions 

  • Prepare the fruit by washing and chopping all pieces, then mix in a large bowl with lemon juice and honey.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar; spray tortillas lightly with oil, coat with mixture, then bake for 9-12 minutes until crunchy.
  • Allow chips to cool, then serve with the fruit salsa.
  • Store leftovers in airtight containers; salsa in the fridge for up to five days.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of mint or a dash of vanilla to the fruit salsa.
