A fresh and sweet fruit salsa paired with crunchy cinnamon sugar chips makes for a delightful snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Fruit

  • 3 cups Strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe (chopped)
  • 1 cup Green Apple (chopped)
  • 2 kiwis Kiwis (chopped)
  • 1 cup Raspberries (chopped)

Sweetener

  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon (juiced)

Cinnamon Chips

  • 6 tortillas Tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix chopped fruit with lemon juice and honey, then toss to coat.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles and line a baking sheet.
  • Combine cinnamon and coconut sugar. Lightly spray tortillas with oil, coat with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 9-12 minutes until crunchy.
  • Cool chips and serve with the fruit salsa.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to one week.
