Instructions
Mix chopped fruit with lemon juice and honey, then toss to coat.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into triangles and line a baking sheet.
Combine cinnamon and coconut sugar. Lightly spray tortillas with oil, coat with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 9-12 minutes until crunchy.
Cool chips and serve with the fruit salsa.
