A refreshing and colorful fruit salad perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups cubed fresh pineapple
  • 2 cups thinly sliced strawberries ((tops removed))
  • 1 cup thinly sliced kiwi ((peeled, 3 kiwis))
  • 2 cups seedless grapes ((red or green))
  • 1 cup clementine oranges ((3 clementines))
  • 2 cups blueberries ((1 pint))
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ((optional))

Instructions 

  • Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
  • Prepare and wash all fruits, then chill if desired.
  • Mix all fruits in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
  • Toss gently to coat and enjoy immediately or chill.

Notes

Chill the fruit beforehand for a more refreshing taste!
