Instructions
Mix diced fruits with honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Chill until ready to serve.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Brush on pita bread and cut into triangles.
Bake pita chips for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool before serving.
