A vibrant and crunchy salad combining fresh broccoli, sweet apples, and a creamy dressing for a refreshing dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 large red apple, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.33 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Toss broccoli, apple, onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Stir and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add toasted nuts or seeds.
