Instructions
Cook rice in chicken broth until tender, then fluff and set aside.
Mix honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, paprika, onion powder, pepper, chili flakes, and salt to make the sauce.
Sear chicken in oil until golden, then simmer with sauce until cooked and sticky.
Rest, slice or cube chicken, then toss in sauce and serve over rice. Garnish with green onions, herbs, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken beforehand or add a squeeze of lime before serving.
