A delicious twist on classic grilled cheese, featuring sweet apple slices and sharp cheddar for a cozy fall treat.

butter, divided
Instructions
Heat ½-1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook apple slices 2-3 minutes each side until browned and softened.
Butter one side of each bread slice. Assemble sandwich with apples and cheese inside.
Add another tablespoon of butter to pan. Cook sandwich 3-5 minutes per side, pressing down if needed.
Serve hot and enjoy!
