A quick and delicious layered taco dip featuring Greek yogurt, fresh vegetables, and cheese, perfect for parties or snacks.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (Fage)
  • 1 packet Homemade Taco Seasoning (or 1 packet of taco seasoning of choice)
  • 2 pcs Roma Tomatoes (diced with seeds and ribs removed)
  • 0.5 cup Black Olives (sliced)
  • 2 cups Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Light Mexican 3 Cheese Blend

Optional Garnish

  • sliced green onions green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix Greek yogurt with taco seasoning until well combined.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in a casserole dish.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and black olives.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Notes

This dip is best served immediately or chilled for 30 minutes before serving.
