A quick and flavorful shrimp dish with sweet chili and garlic, perfect for a quick meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

1.5poundsjumbo shrimp with tails on(fresh or frozen thawed)
3-4tablespoonsolive oil
3tablespoonsbutter(unsalted or salted)
2teaspoonsfresh garlic(minced)
2tablespoonsseafood broth or water(warm boiled)
2mediumred chilis(thinly sliced with seeds)
2teaspoonsparsley(finely chopped)
4tablespoonssweet garlic chili sauce(or spicy sauce)
to tastered pepper flakes(for garnish)
to tastelime wedges or lemon(for serving)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 1 minute per side until pink. Set aside.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Deglaze with broth, add garlic and chilis, and cook 30 seconds. Stir in chili sauce.
Return shrimp to pan, coat with sauce, and cook 1-2 minutes. Remove shrimp to serving plate.
Add butter and parsley to sauce, simmer briefly, then pour over shrimp. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and spice level to taste. Serve with lime wedges for added flavor.
