Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 ripe banana banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add more honey if needed, then blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add extra berries or chia seeds for garnish.
