A quick and delicious homemade chicken fried rice perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Rice and Chicken

cups
cooked rice
1
cup
cooked chicken, diced
1
cup
mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
2
eggs
beaten eggs
3
tablespoons
soy sauce
2
tablespoons
sesame oil
3
green onions
sliced green onions
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Push vegetables aside and scramble eggs until cooked.
Add chicken and rice, toss to combine.
Pour soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best results to prevent clumping.
